Privacy and your enquiry

Preparing a message on the website

The enquiry tool uses your dates, guest numbers and room preference in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp or email message. It does not store those selections in a booking database or take payment.

Opening WhatsApp or your email app puts those details into a prepared message. You can review it before sending. Opening the link does not send an enquiry automatically.

When you send an enquiry

Koimala Beach receives the contact details and information you send through WhatsApp or email. We use them to discuss your enquiry and any booking or arrival arrangements you request.

Share only what is needed for your stay. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. WhatsApp and your email provider handle information under their own privacy policies.

Hosting and links to other services

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information when you visit, including your IP address and information about your browser.

Map, social media and WhatsApp links open other services. Their privacy policies apply when you use them. The WhatsApp privacy policy describes how that service handles information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. It starts when you visit and uses cookies to collect information about your browser, device and activity on the website.

Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
