Stay information & booking terms

Booking and confirmation
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your dates, guest numbers and room preference. Include children's and infants' ages in years and months. We'll agree the room, arrangements and total price with you, then send written confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Your booking is confirmed when you receive that confirmation.
There's no advance deposit. Sending an enquiry alone doesn't reserve a room.

Payment at check-in
Pay at check-in by cash or card. We accept cash in US dollars or euros. Card payments in US dollars carry a separate 3.5% processing fee.
Published room rates include breakfast, 10% service charge, 17% T-GST and Green Tax for the guests shown. For bookings at seasonal room rates, meal plans and transfers are separate additions. Stay packages include the meals and transfers listed on Offers & Packages. We agree your total price before confirming the booking.
The website does not take payment. Do not send payment-card details through an enquiry message.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
Rooms and a third guest
On our standard room rates, each room accommodates up to three guests. Deluxe Triple Room has a queen bed and a single bed as standard. Deluxe Garden View has a queen bed; we add a single bed for a third guest.
In both room types, the third-guest supplement is USD 31 per adult or USD 21 per child, per night, including breakfast, service charge, T-GST and Green Tax. The adult Triple rates on Offers & Packages already include the adult supplement.
Family packages for two adults and two children use one room with a queen bed and two extra beds. Share children's ages when enquiring so we can confirm the room and trip arrangements.
All rooms are on the ground floor. If you have access needs, tell us when you enquire.
Children, infants and Green Tax
Our pricing bands are:
- Infants: up to exactly 2 years.
- Children: older than 2 and up to exactly 10 years.
- Adults: older than 10 years.
A guest aged 2 years and 1 month pays child rates. A guest aged 10 years and 1 month pays adult rates. Please give children's and infants' ages in years and months when booking.
Green Tax is USD 6 per guest per day and is included in the published adult room rates and third-guest supplements. Guests under 2 at check-in are exempt. A guest who has reached 2 is charged Green Tax even if they fall within our infant pricing band.
Meals
Breakfast is included in your room rate. For bookings at seasonal room rates, add half board for one main meal a day, or full board for lunch and dinner:

These supplements are per person and include taxes. Child supplements are half the adult price. Multiply the supplement by the number of guests on the plan and the number of nights.
Lunch and dinner are two courses: a main with a starter or a dessert. The kitchen can cater for basic dietary requests; tell us about them when you book.
Speedboat transfers
Our arranged speedboat transfer is USD 50 per adult and USD 25 per child, per way. Infants up to exactly 2 travel free. Transfers are separate from seasonal room rates and included in the stay packages listed on Offers & Packages; see Getting here for arrival arrangements.
Pets and local rules
Pets are not allowed. On Ukulhas, swimwear is for the designated bikini beach. Please dress modestly elsewhere on the island. Alcohol and pork are prohibited on local islands, including Ukulhas.
